Silent Auction Request Letter
Dear Local Businesses:
On Saturday, April 3, 2004, New Creations The Fitting Room, Nana Sweet Shop and Narvell Productions will be hosting a fashion show event as a fundraiser for The Battered Women's Shelter of Bexar County. We are sure that this event will be a success with support from companies like yours. The fashion show will take place at the Holiday Inn San Antonio Market Square on Durango, 318 W. Durango Blvd. San Antonio, Texas. Doors will open at 6:00 pm and we expect approximately volunteer 30 models, 10 beauty queens, 5 special guest and 200 guests. With an all-volunteer staff and almost everything donated, we have very few expenses, with the majority of the profits going to The Battered Women's Shelter of Bexar County program.
To help make this event fun for participants and guest along with a successful fundraiser for The Battered Women's Shelter of Bexar County in need, we are asking for the silent auction and door prize donations from the local companies that we do business with. Your support would be greatly appreciated and would help ensure the success of our event. We would like to give your company the recognition it deserves for contributing to our efforts. In addition to posting your company's name at the event and publishing it in our press release, it will also appear on our the Narvell.com web site. We can even provide a link to your web site from there. The Miss Spokesmodel International Magazine, which is produced by Narvell Productions, will also provide a ¼ page ad to all donators in the next issue*.
